Facade Scaffold System
The modular approach of the STABILO® scaffold frame system corresponds to according to DIN 4420, EN 12810 as well EN 12811. For the general execution the scaffold system "STABILO® 75 - Steel" the "General Technical Approval" No. Z-8.1-839 can be provided. The STABILO® facade scaffold system has further approvals for Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic and Romania.
The STABILO® scaffold system can be used as follows:
- Scaffold in scaffold class 3 according to DIN 4420 or load class 3 according to EN 12811 (200 kg/m²)
- Catch scaffold (for falls from up to 2.00 m )
- Roof side protection
STABILO Channel Profile
The channel profile of the vertical frame is the key to all functions and high stability of the STABILO® scaffold system. Standardised pins allows attachment of scaffold parts in various positions.

STABILO Locking System
Easy and quick assembly with the patented joining technique. Just insert rail braces into the pins at knee and back height. That is all.
The immediate result is an interlocking joint, which prevents any self-detachment.
For greater system stability, tighten joint with hammer stroke.
Two Vertical Frames – One System
In order to meet the requirements of a building site with regard to economy and safety, KRAUSE has developed the economic STABILO-vertical frame and the variable VARIO-vertical frame. The vertical frame has no moveable parts and only closed profiles were used. For this reason the vertical frames are extremely sturdy and maintenance-free. They are available in different heights from 0.66 m, 1.00 m and 2.00 m. The width is 0.75 m. The following frame executions can be offered: galvanised steel tube (scaffold class 3) and high-alloyed aluminium (scaffold class 3).

| Quick and easy removal of the exchangeable stabiliser in assembled state. | Obstacles can easily be overbuilt during erecting the scaffold base. | The removal of the exchangeable stabiliser enables the exchange of the platforms at any scaffold position, even if the scaffold is already assembled | Double-sided rail braces ensure fall protection when the scaffold is located at a wider distance to the wall. |
Safe working – at every height
The easily attachable STABILO® platforms are both reinforcement element and working area in one. The variety of the STABILO® platforms is the key element for the adaptability of the different fascade plans and loads. All platform types can be used as top layer for catch- respectively roof scaffolds.
