Mobile Scaffold System
The mobile scaffold system for professional use. Our mobile scaffolds fullfil the safety and performance requirements of the standard EN 1004. They are approved and certified for a working load of 200 kg/m² (scaffold class 3, according to EN 1004).
The variety of the STABILO® mobile scaffold configurations ensure to take into account the special requirements on building site unproblematicly.
The building kit system offers the following possibilities:
- Working heights (distances in meter increments): 3.30 m to 14.00 m
- 2 scaffold widths: 0.75 m and 1.50 m
- 3 field lengths: 2.00 m, 2.50 m and 3.00 m
The scaffold is made of aluminium and characterized by an execellent easy handling and lightweight transport.
The patented locking system allows quick and easy reassembling and disassembling of diagonal braces and rail braces by one person - without use of tools. Bracing can be changed from interlocking to a tightened connection, which ensures especially high stability of the entire scaffold system. A further advantage of the tightened and stable interlocking of joints is the impossibility of unintentional lifting, e.g. of rail braces, after usually assembly.
Platforms, diagonal braces and rail braces are equipped with uniform locking system and this simplifies assembly considerably.

Variable insertion of the working platform The platforms are vertically adjustable from rung to rung in 25 cm rung increments between the diagonal braces. Extensive reassembling and disassembling can be avoided. | Telescopic cross stabilizer with integrated sliding part: The assembled mobile scaffold (series 100) is easily moveable to one-piece sliding part on the stabilizer. This features ensure various applications (e.g., self-supporting or wall position) without extensive reassembling or disassembling. |
Scaffold field lengths and widths:
The STABILO® mobile scaffold system is available in three different field lengths (2.00 m, 2.50 m and 3.00 m). Therefore is the mobile scaffold series suitable for all applications. The STABILO® series 100, 500, 1000 and 5000 are provided with a field length up to 3.00 m. Series 10 and 50 are provided with a field length up to 2.50 m.
The STABILO® mobile scaffold system is available in two different platform widths. STABILO® series 10, 100 and 1000 are available with platform width of 0.75 m. The STABILO® series 50, 500, and 5000 are available with platform width of 1.50 m.
