Customised KRAUSE accesses and special solutions at the LogiMAT 2024 in Stuttgart

Under the motto "SHAPING CHANGE TOGETHER", LogiMAT, the international trade fair for intralogistics solutions and process management, will once again take place from 19th to 21st of March at the exhibition centre at Stuttgart Airport. A date at which the Hessian access technology specialist KRAUSE, as a manufacturer of customised access to workstations, machines and shelving, transitions and bridging of transport routes, must be present. In addition to the widest range of standard access technology solutions, the Alsfeld-based company is also specialised in the planning and production of customisable special solutions. These increase work safety and efficiency and thus optimise everyday work processes.

KRAUSE will be exhibiting at LogiMAT again in 2024!

Short distances for more efficiency and work safety

Modern packaging lines and conveyor systems ensure a continuous material flow through the use of conveyor belts. These cannot be crossed without further ado and, in the case of large systems, lead to long distances that waste time and resources. The effort required for maintenance and repair in order to ensure smooth operation, increases with the size of the system. The individualised crossovers and platforms from the Hessian family-run company are customised to local conditions and provide a remedy here. They create new paths that maximise the effectiveness of the employees concerned, optimise processes and sustainably increase occupational safety. Whether from standard dimensions in modular design or specially optimised for the customer's plant - from the first meeting to the final acceptance of the construction - KRAUSE customers receive everything from a single source.

Customised workstations

In addition to crossovers, platforms and bridges, KRAUSE's portfolio of customised solutions includes work platforms in countless executions. Fixed or mobile, with a fixed height or electrically height-adjustable on request. Whatever requirements KRAUSE customers have, the project team puts itself in their shoes to find the most effective and safest solution and integrate it into existing processes.

Thanks to various contour adjustment options, machines and conveyor systems with odd contours can also be equipped with appropriate solutions. The extensions can be extended as required and retracted again at the end of work. This achieves a gap dimension of zero, which significantly increases work safety.

The Hessians will also be showcasing other standardised system solutions such as the height-adjustable tanker ladder, which can be inspected and tried out live at the trade fair stand.

Standards, industrial safety and services

As always, the access technology experts at the KRAUSE stand will be available to answer questions about standards, laws and regulations for use. The experts will provide tips on the annual inspection of access technology, explain who is authorised to carry out the inspections as a "qualified person" and offer nationwide training of these employees. KRAUSE seminars are individually tailored to the needs of the participants. An extensive programme of practical, compact and online seminars as well as the option of holding these directly on site at the company, guarantee maximum seminar success for employees.

Visitors to LogiMAT 2024 can see the market leader in vertical logistics' innovative solutions for themselves in Hall 3, Stand 3D41. In addition to the products, trade fair visitors can also find out about seminars and product inspections which KRAUSE calls "SafetyServices", as well as the latest developments in the field of access technology standards.
