Individual accesses and special constructions - Access technology specialist KRAUSE invites you to LogiMAT 2023

Under the motto "HANDS-ON INNOVATION: Connecting Smart Networks", LogiMAT, International Trade Fair for Intralogistics Solutions and Process Management, will again take place from April 25 to 27 at the exhibition centre at Stuttgart Airport. The Hessian access technology specialist KRAUSE, as a manufacturer of individual accesses to workplaces, machines and racks, crossovers as well as bridging of transport routes, may of course not be missing. In addition to the widest range of standard access technology solutions, the Alsfeld-based company has also specialised in the planning and production of individually adaptable special solutions. These increase work safety and effectiveness and thus optimise processes in everyday work.

Shortcuts for more efficiency and work safety

Modern packaging lines and conveyor systems ensure a continuous flow of material by using conveyor belts. These cannot be crossed easily and, in large plants, lead to long distances that waste time and resources. The effort required for maintenance and repair to ensure smooth operation also increases with the size of the plant. The crossovers and walkways of the Hessian family-owned company, which are individually adapted to the local conditions, offer a remedy here. They create new ways that maximise the effectiveness of the employees involved, optimise processes and sustainably increase occupational safety. Whether from standard sizes in modular design or specially optimised for the customer's plant - from the first discussion to the acceptance of the construction, KRAUSE customers receive everything from one source.

For workplaces with corners and edges

In addition to gangways, walkways and bridges KRAUSE offers work platforms in countless designs in the portfolio of special solutions. Permanently mounted or movable, with fixed height or, on request, electrically height-adjustable. Whatever requirements KRAUSE customers have, the project team puts itself in their shoes to find the most effective and safest solution and to integrate it into existing processes.

Due to various possibilities of contour adaptation, machines and conveyors with odd contours can also be equipped with appropriate solutions. The pull-outs can be extended accordingly when required and retracted again when the work is finished. Thereby a gap dimension of zero is achieved, which further increases the safety at work.

KRAUSE access technology with R13 steps to touch

Also in the luggage of the Hessians are further standardised system solutions such as platform ladders or the mobile and height-adjustable tanker ladder, which can be examined and tried out live at the exhibition stand.

New in the KRAUSE product portfolio and also to be seen in Stuttgart are single and double-sided walk-on stepladders with steps of the slip resistance class R13. The self-cleaning steps with open hole pattern offer the greatest possible safety even under the most adverse conditions and are easy to clean. The profiling of the steps prevents clogging with dirt, mud, snow or ice, as the impurities fall through the holes. When climbing the ladders, a self-cleaning function is thus provided. In contrast to many other R13 steps on the market with additional rubber or plastic inserts, the KRAUSE R13 step, which is completely made of aluminium, is not subject to any further wear. Like all ladders of the KRAUSE STABILO series, they have screwed storage trays and webbing straps as well as highest operating comfort.

Visitors to LogiMAT 2023 can see for themselves the innovative solutions of the market leader for vertical logistics in Hall 1, Stand 1H68. In addition to the products, visitors to the fair can also find out about seminars and product testing, which KRAUSE calls "SafetyServices", as well as about current developments in the field of standards for access technology.
