Pit stops for commercial vehicles
Today, the maintenance and repair of trains and buses must be carried out particularly efficiently in order to minimise the downtime of commercial vehicles. At the same time, the focus is on maximising occupational safety for employees. These requirements can be optimally met with KRAUSE constructions. Front, roof and side working platforms, access platforms, track crossings and pit platforms as well as ladders and steps for indoor use - the customisable KRAUSE solutions enable maintenance personnel to reach any point on a train or commercial vehicle safely and comfortably. The solutions can be realised manually or electrically height-adjustable, mobile on castors or permanently mounted. ‘We focus on customised solutions that increase work efficiency and safety and minimise downtime,’ explains Stefan Krause, CEO of KRAUSE-Werk GmbH & Co. KG.
KRAUSE offers companies sophisticated safety systems for a wide range of tasks, from replacing heavy battery groups in modern electric buses to classic oil changes or windscreen repairs. These systems increase the efficiency of the work and amortise quickly. Interested parties are assigned a fixed contact person who accompanies them from the initial enquiry to the commissioning of the customised solution. KRAUSE employees contribute their many years of experience as problem solvers in access technology and avoid potential conflicts or obstacles right from the start. ‘We implement all customer requests technically in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction,’ emphasises Krause.
Try out KRAUSE access technology
At this year's KRAUSE trade fair stand, the access technology specialists will be presenting, among other things, an electrically height-adjustable working platform with contour adjustment, which adapts to the contours of the train with millimetre precision. This increases work safety and efficiency and protects the outer skin of the vehicles. In addition, KRAUSE will be showing track crossings with removable railings that can be moved on rails, as well as many other projects that have already been realised digitally and would not find a place on the trade fair stand in Berlin.
The KRAUSE team is looking forward to many stimulating discussions with interested parties at InnoTrans to discuss the possibilities of how work processes can be designed and optimised more efficiently with different railing versions, platforms and access options. As a traditional company with over 120 years of experience, they are happy to take on any challenge.
