KRAUSE stepladder with MultiGrip system: more working space, more comfort, more safety

For activities at higher workplaces stepladders are a good choice as a climbing solution. Working at heights is often associated with accident risks and you usually don't have all the materials or tools you need to hand. Frequent climbing up and down is the consequence and leads to an increased risk of accidents. A larger storage area with multifunctional details provides a remedy here - exactly where you need it. The innovative stepladder "Secury" by KRAUSE with the sophisticated "MultiGrip-System" does not only increase safety, work is also done much faster.

KRAUSE MultiGrip-System

More working and storage space

With the innovative MultiGrip-System, the traditional manufacturer KRAUSE has developed a system which considerably enlarges the storage and working area on the stepladder - always ready to hand on the spot. The large tray offers enough space for tools, accessories or auxiliary materials and both hands remain free for comfortable, ergonomic working and a safe ascent and descent. Renovation or cleaning work, repairs, decoration work in the retail trade or incidental activities in the household - thanks to the proven KRAUSE quality, the "Secury" is just as suitable for daily professional use as for home use.

Small effort - big deposit

The unique MultiGrip system is ready for use in just a few steps. Simply undo the Velcro fasteners, pull the handles out of the bars, fold down the storage tray and snap it into place - in practically no time at all, a large work and storage surface is available for all tasks that need to be done. And all this without the hassle of searching, attaching or assembling, because the MultiGrip system is permanently installed on the ladder and is therefore always there when it is needed. Required materials or tools can be placed in the spacious storage tray before climbing - for safe access to the ladder. When folded, the system does not take up any additional space and is immediately available for the next use.

Sophisticated details - even more comfort

In addition to various tool holders, the ergonomically shaped tray offers maximum comfort. For example, integrated cable clips that hold annoying extension cables comfortably in place and thus prevent an additional risk of falling. For water, cleaning agents or even paint and paste, the 8-litre system bucket is available as an accessory. If required, this is simply inserted into the MultiGrip system's mounting bracket. Paint buckets can also be hooked directly into the bracket, depending on their size. In addition, the innovative storage tray has another bucket hook so that work can also be done with two buckets.

Anyone who has stood on the steps of the "Secury" knows what safe working feels like. 100 mm extra-deep steps, 250 mm deep, profiled aluminium safety platform with anti-slip inserts and large-dimensioned stiles with anti-slip and floor-protecting foot caps round off the comfort package of this innovative stepladder.

Less is sometimes more

For all users for whom the large multifunctional storage tray of the "Secury" is too big, KRAUSE has of course many more single-sided stepladders in its programme. For example the "Securo" equipped with anodised stiles. It also has anti-slip inserts in the large standing platform and 125 mm deep, sixfold riveted safety steps. The storage tray is smaller but still offers enough space for tools and has two cable holders and a bucket hook. The ergonomic shape ensures a safe stand on the top platform and makes it easier to support the legs on the safety bar in this position.

Clean results thanks to anodised bars

Anodising is a method of treating aluminium in which an oxide layer is created on the material by an electrochemical process. The oxide skin forms a protective layer on the aluminium. The special feature of anodising is that no additional layer is applied to the aluminium. The oxide layer is completely integrated into the material and forms a solid molecular bond.

The main advantage of these special bars is that the anodisation effectively prevents soiling of the hands. The result is a particularly smooth surface to which residues can hardly adhere. In addition, the ladder can be cleaned quickly and easily. These properties make the ladder particularly popular with upholsterers, painters and in hygienically sensitive work areas such as doctors' surgeries, pharmacies or laboratories. This ladder and the associated clean hands also offer advantages in the household, for example when hanging curtains.

Safety down to the last detail - non-slip foot caps, stable joints and profiled steps

Safety when working at heights - and thus the avoidance of accidents - always has top priority at KRAUSE, and this is also true for the "Securo". All details such as large, profiled, anti-slip and floor-protecting foot caps, a safety joint system encompassing the stiles and ergonomics perfectly adapted to the application are a matter of course for KRAUSE stepladders and thus also for the "Securo". So the user can work safely, comfortably and particularly hygienically at height.

The achievable working heights for the "Secury" with Multigrip are a maximum of 3.25 m, with the anodised "Securo" the user even reaches 3.70 m. Before buying a stepladder with steps, the working height to be reached should therefore be included in the decision.
