Maintenance and repair of trains and buses have to be efficient nowadays more than ever by keeping the downtimes of the commercial vehicles as short as possible. At the same time, the safety of the employees should be maximised. A balancing act that can easily be realised with the use of KRAUSE constructions. Front, roof and side working platforms, accesses, track crossings and pit platforms, even ladders and steps for the interior - with the KRAUSE solutions, which can be individually adapted to the customer's requirements, the maintenance staff can safely and comfortably reach every part of a train or commercial vehicle. All solutions can be realised manually or electrically height-adjustable, movable on castors or permanently mounted on request. "Our goal is always to develop individual solutions that are specially tailored to the needs of our customers in order to increase work efficiency and safety and to reduce downtime to a minimum," says Stefan Krause, Managing Director of KRAUSE-Werk GmbH & Co. KG.
From the replacement of complex and heavy battery groups in ultra-modern E-buses to the oil change or necessary windscreen repairs, which are conventional in comparison, KRAUSE offers companies sophisticated safety systems which, in addition to the maximum occupational safety of the employees, increase the efficiency of accruing activities and thus quickly pay for themselves. Interested parties receive a fixed contact person who accompanies them from the first enquiry to the commissioning of the special solution. The KRAUSE employees contribute their many years of experience as problem solvers in the field of access technology. Possible conflicts or obstacles can thus be prevented from the very beginning. "If technically possible, we can implement all customer requests in order to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction," Krause continues.
At this year's KRAUSE trade fair stand, the access technology specialists will show, among other things, an electrically height-adjustable working platform with contour adaptation, which docks to the contours of the train with millimetre precision. This also has a positive effect on work safety and efficiency and protects the outer skin of the vehicles. Furthermore, the Hessians will show track crossings that can be moved on rails with removable railings and digitally many other already realised projects that would not find space on the Berlin stand.
The KRAUSE team is looking forward to many inspiring discussions with interested parties at InnoTrans in order to make their work processes more efficient and optimise them with different railing designs, platform coverings and access options. As a traditional company with over 120 years of experience, the specialists are happy to take on this challenge.
