Extra wide and long parapet crossover for the curved access protection rail for a comfortable transition from a stationary fixed ladder to the roof surface.
Description:
- The transition is specially designed for use with an access protection rail with safety runner and safety harness. This has a comfortable width to allow an easy transition from the last ladder rung to the platform next to the curved access protection rail.
- The transition is mounted on the ladder side and can be attached to the parapet on the roof side by means of a wall bracket or freely positioned on the roof surface by means of 2 base plates incl. counterweights. A certified separating layer under the counterweights protects the roof membrane from damage and cracking.
- The additional transition barrier (Art.-No. 837059) is self-closing and secures the person immediately after passing. As soon as the person has safely passed through the transition barrier, he or she can detach from the safety runner and enter the roof surface, provided that this is also secured with side guardrails or collective side protection.
