Exit railing set for fixed ladder, extended, both sides, on parapet crossover with extra ballast as counterweights to fixed ladder. Does not cause any damage to the roof membrane! If required (due to structural conditions), the uppermost wall holder for the fixed ladder can be also be installed lower down on the wall.
