Where KRAUSE is, there is safety - Aluminium multipurpose ladders

By using a multi-purpose ladder, you can achieve a working height of up to 10.95 m. Colloquially, this type of ladder is also called a combination ladder. A multi-purpose ladder can be used as a step ladder or leaning ladder to extend. A multi-purpose ladder has a removable single ladder that can be used separately from the rest of the ladder. You will find the right combination ladder for your needs based on the working height to be achieved.

Multipurpose ladders are technical work equipment and represent a source of danger. The entrepreneur must ensure that a qualified person commissioned by him carries out a recurring work equipment check to ensure that the multipurpose ladders are in proper condition.

FAQ

The true all-rounders among the ladders can be set up in up to five different setup variants. As a single leaning ladder, extension ladder, trestle ladder or double-sided step ladder, single-sided step ladder with extended single section or in a stair position. These ladders are multifunctional and can be adapted to almost any work situation. In addition to the standard versions with rungs, these ladders are also available from KRAUSE with steps and rungs in the innovative TRBS +S series. They combine traffic route and workplace in one ladder and offer safety at any working height.

In contrast to the KRAUSE three-section multipurpose ladders made of aluminium, the two-section multipurpose ladders only consist of two instead of three ladder sections and can be set up in up to three different versions. As a single ladder, extension ladder and trestle ladder or double-sided step ladder. In addition to the standard versions with rungs, these ladders are also available from KRAUSE with steps and rungs in the innovative TRBS +S series. They combine a traffic route and workplace in one ladder and offer safety at any working height.

The difference between the multi-purpose ladder and the multi-purpose ladder lies in the number of ladder sections, which is reflected in both the working height that can be reached and the weight of the ladder. Furthermore, the third section of the three-section multi-purpose ladder can be removed and used independently as a single ladder. Thanks to the innovative KRAUSE Trigon traverse, this is also possible with ladders that are over 3 metres long and, according to the DIN EN 131 standard, can only be used or removed with a permanently attached stand extension.
