With our 360° competence, we offer you through permanent expansion and optimisation of our range a holistic solution for your occupational safety.

Digital work equipment management

All work equipment used in a company can be identified and documented using an ID tag. They can also be assigned to locations or branches. A mass import of data, e.g. from Excel, is also possible. This gives the user an overview of all stored work equipment, its location and any upcoming inspections. The work equipment can be conveniently selected by location, workplace or work equipment type using the filter function, which is particularly useful for large companies with a large number of work equipment. Analyses and inspection reports can be downloaded directly as PDF files.

Digital inspection

Users of the wosatec web app including licence can start the inspection directly after scanning one of the inspection labels on the respective work equipment. The individual inspection reports are automatically saved and archived as PDF files. In addition to own employees, external inspectors can also be invited to inspect work equipment that has already been created. The recording and inspection can also be carried out offline without internet access, which is not uncommon in remote or shielded areas of companies. If the legal requirements for inspections change, wosatec users always automatically use the latest inspection documents.
