KRAUSE successful at the EISENWARENMESSE in Cologne

At this year's INTERNATIONAL HARDWARE FAIR, which took place in Cologne from 3rd to 6th of March 2024, KRAUSE GmbH & Co. KG once again demonstrated its position as the leading manufacturer of access technology in Germany. Under the motto "WORK HARD! ROCK HARD!", the company from Hesse presented its latest innovations and further developments in the field of access technology and occupational safety.

A special eye-catcher drew attention to the KRAUSE stand: the exhibitor displayed coloured ladders especially for the trade fair to visualise the different series for the three product lines STABILO, MONTO and CORDA.

Valuable contacts meet sophisticated innovations and 360° expertise

The EISENWARENMESSE has been known for years as the world's leading trade fair for the hardware sector and is a must-attend event for decision-makers from trade and industry. KRAUSE used this ideal setting to present its latest products and solutions in access technology and work safety to a broad international audience and to make many valuable contacts.

The focus was particularly on the innovative platform ladders as an indispensable aid in industry, trade and warehouse technology. The mobile working platforms ensure safe standing for all activities at working heights of up to 4 metres. In the process of continuous further development, these platform ladders have undergone a comprehensive product relaunch, ensuring even greater user-friendliness and ergonomics. These platform ladders are now also available with R13 profiled grating steps, which is particularly important in damp or oily working environments.

Another exhibition highlight were the newly introduced heavy-duty ladders with a load capacity of up to 225 kg, which were praised for their safety, flexibility and durability. This new addition to the KRAUSE product portfolio is available as a single-sided and double-sided step ladder as well as a leaning ladder. These new models of the established ladders on the market are designed to withstand even higher loads and offer all the familiar advantages of the respective ladder. The heavy-duty version of the single-sided step ladder has also been equipped with a 40 per cent higher safety bar. This ensures even greater safety - even or especially for very tall users.

The use of ladders in stairwells or in the area of large landings is usually only possible with aids, if at all. To counteract this difficulty, KRAUSE has developed two new telescopic step ladders. These have four extendable stile extensions that can be quickly and easily adapted to any height differences and obstacles. Available as a single-sided step ladder with safety bar and storage tray or as a double-sided step ladder, the two new step ladders offer all the advantages of the conventional models.

Another quality feature of the traditional manufacturer has also been the KRAUSE 360° expertise for years. According to the motto: "Good service makes all the difference!", prospective customers are well looked after and advised from product expertise to occupational safety expertise, service expertise, digital expertise and after-sales service - they get "everything from a single source". Satisfied customers have appreciated this reliable service for years.

Positive response and a satisfied exhibitor

As usual, the access technology experts were on hand to answer the numerous visitors' questions about working at height. Interested parties also had the opportunity to experience the products up close and see the quality and sophisticated safety features for themselves. Both the latest innovations and the established product range of folding steps, ladders, mobile scaffolding and customised solutions demonstrated the company's commitment to the continuous improvement of work safety and user-friendliness and impressed the trade visitors.

"The positive response to our new products and the constructive technical discussions encourage us in our approach of continuously investing in innovation, safety and customer satisfaction," was the exhibitor's verdict, summarising the past four days of the trade fair as thoroughly positive.
