The KRAUSE Trigon-Stabiliser

Using extension and multipurpose ladders fully despite the new standard? Impossible? Possible with KRAUSE!

The original KRAUSE "Trigon-Stabiliser" enables the use of the KRAUSE extension and multipurpose ladders as before. The stabiliser is also available for retrofitting older KRAUSE ladders.

On January 1st, 2018, extensive standard changes came into force. This means that ladders that can be used as leaning ladders and are longer than 3.00 meters must be secured using a stabiliser. The original KRAUSE "Trigon-Traverse" enables the use of the KRAUSE extension and multipurpose ladders as before.

The perfect solution for extension and multipurpose ladders with 11 and more rungs:

To guarantee the functionality of the extension and multipurpose ladder with 11 rungs and more, KRAUSE has developed the „Trigon-Stabiliser“. The Trigon-Stabiliser will be mounted to the smallest ladder part which still can be used as a separate leaning ladder due to this additional accessory. When using the complete ladder the Trigon-Stabiliser does not disturb based on its construction.

Without an enlarging of the floor area in this kind all ladders with a length of 3 m and longer should not be used anymore according to the amended standard.

All older non-compliant ladders from KRAUSE can be equipped additionally with the „Trigon-Stabiliser“ for upgrading.

Advantages of the KRAUSE Trigon-Stabiliser

No unnecessary carrying or handling of the whole ladder if only one part is needed.

  • Higher user ergonomics

Old inventory can still be used after risk assessment and upgrade

  • Further use of inventory ladders possible

All functions will be retained

  • One ladder = five functions
  • No need to buy a separate leaning ladder

The removable ladder can be used norm-compliant

  • Parallel working with both ladder parts at the same time
  • Time-saving and cost-effective
